Our favorite kind of salmon to buy is the big bag of individually wrapped pieces found in the freezer section at either Sam’s Club or Costco. We take out as many pieces as we want and let them thaw.
Then we take them out of their packages and simply rub them with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle McCormick’s ‘Vegetable Supreme’ seasoning on the top and bottom. Then we bake them at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
