Beef Stroganoff
1 lb hamburger or steak
2 cans cream of chicken
2 tbls worchestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper
Cook hamburger and drain juice. Add cream of chicken, worchestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add sour cream and cook for about a minute.
We serve this with whatever we have on hand. I lean towards rice, but most people like noodles. I happened to have some leftover salad and fresh homemade bread this day.
