6-8 boneless country style ribs
Sauce:
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp chili powder
1 tbls minced garlic
1 tbls worcestershire sauce
1 tbls brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium until it boils. Pour over ribs and cook for 4 hours on high or 7 hours on low. Serve with rice using the sauce as gravy.
